FOSTER OR PERMANENT HOME NEEDED IMMEDIATELY FOR PHOEBE AT LA SHELTER.
Phoebe is almost out of time. She will be euthanized if she is not adopted from the Los Angeles shelter system in the next few days. Phoebe is barely 6 months old, weighs 15 pounds, and still a puppy. She is too young to die. She has 5 siblings also in danger--three brothers, OLIVER, SPENCER and HERSHEY, and two sisters PENNY and BABY GIRL, also on this Nature Network website. Please see them too!
