Motlow's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Motlow's Story...
Motlow is the brother to Cadillac and although they look a lot alike they are very different in size. Motlow has Bassett Hound legs and stature and he is around 35 pounds, 1 to 2 years old. He has been neutered and is up to date on all of his shots. Motlow loves everyone he meets, loves other dogs and loves children. He is untested around cats though. This adorable guy is also laid back and calm! He does not like being in a crate, though, but does great in a fenced yard. Motlow is working hard on housebreaking :) He will be a great addition to any lucky home.BR>http://www.poochesonthemove.net/warren-county-rescue.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Motlow, a Staunton Basset Hound/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound/Beagle for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Basset Hound/Beagle dog from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound/Beagle breeders who help with Basset Hound/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
