Momma's Story...
This is a courtesy listing for Sara at the Grasmere Animal Hospital:

Momma is a beautiful young female. She is white with some brown tabby spots on her face, back and tail. She was found as a stray by one of my coworker's friends. She is not spayed and appears to have either just had a litter of kittens or is early on in her pregnancy.

This girl loves everyone and everything and will begin to rub on her cage begging to be petted when anyone walks in the room. We haven't named her yet, but I've just been calling her "Momma." She will be spayed, vaccinated and tested for FIV/FeLV before she is turned over to a foster or new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Momma, a Nolensville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Nolensville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Nolensville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nolensville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nolensville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nolensville paves the way for another one to be saved.
