Tux's Story...
Hi everyone~ My name is Tux.

I'm a kitten but growing into a very regal young adult, if I do say so myself-- actually my human friends say I'm very handsome!

I'm the mature one between me and my best friend Bowie. ;) BUT! I do like to play. My favorite is chasing the steamers in the cat cube, wrestling with Bowie, tossing things into the air, playing with bugs, looking out the door, wrestling with Bowie, sleeping, running, did I say wrestling and playing with Bowie? He is my best friend. :) I love love love him, so I do want to find a home with him. We have been together since we were itty bittys! I am a little shy when I first come to a new place so please give me 1-2 weeks to adjust. After that, I love to be next to you and get my head rubbed. I currently live in an office where I get to play play play all day, but once my human friends leave to go "home," me and Bowie are alone, so I would LOVE to find a FOREVER FAMILY soon. Please come see us soon. Please?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tux, a Huntington Beach Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Huntington Beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Huntington Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntington Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntington Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntington Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
