Liza Jane's Story...
Hi, my name is Liza Jane the fence climber. I am a Jack/Rat and am about 8 years old. I live on a farm with my foster parents right now, but I would love to have my own forever home. I like other dogs okay, but I would love to only have 1 friend or be an only dog.

I have been spayed, am current on my vaccines, am heartworm negative, and current on my heartworm prevention and flea control.

I am really kind of quiet, I like to nap, sit on your lap, and sit in the sunshine. I am housetrained and don't mind getting my feet wet in the grass. I don't like being in a crate.

I am a terrific fence climber when I see you out in the yard. I don't go anywhere when I climb the fence. I just want to be with you.

I am a pretty simple, country girl. If you think that you might like to meet me, please email my foster mom. She is at deborahfulton53@yahoo.com, she will love talking about me. Remember, my name is Liza Jane, thank you, LJ.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Liza Jane, a Thomasville Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier for sale in Thomasville, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Thomasville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Thomasville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Thomasville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Thomasville paves the way for another one to be saved.
