Baby Salinas's Info...

I am already spayed and good with dogs.

Baby Salinas's Story...
I’m a pup with a great start on training…and a sad start in life. I had a loving home and a loving mother…but, sadly she got real sick, some nasty thing called cancer. She taught me to sit, and she also crate trained and housebroke me! But best of all, she loved me. I’m only 7 months old, and am really looking forward to continuing my training with a new family…and I’m hoping you can give me the new start in life I need. I’m a little shy at first, but I think it’s just because I am pretty distraught about all these recent changes. Respectful children and other dogs will be a great match for me. I have such a good start, now I just need you to take over …Thanks for reading! 7 months old-47lbs. My adoption fee is $220 and includes; spay, microchip, reduced cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baby Salinas, a Portland Labrador Retriever/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Husky for sale in Portland, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Husky dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Husky breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
