HI MY NAME IS MOKI--MY FOSTER PARENTS CALL ME MICKEY. If you are looking for a cute cuddle bug that would be me. I am around 10 months old and weigh around 35 pounds. I live in a foster home with 3 foster doggie sisters and 4 kitty brothers. I get along just fine with dogs and am learning to be good with kitties. I have met other humans and another dog on my walks and like everyone that I have met. I do listen and do very well with correction. I want to please my family and make them happy. I love to follow my foster parents around to see what they are doing, and gee maybe I can help. I also like to snuggle by them or on their lap. I am looking for a forever family that has puppy experience so I can learn about boundaries and is not gone for long periods of time, and would most likely do best with a doggie buddy.

If you think I am the boy for you, and you have an approved home check, contact your family rep.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moki, a Torrance Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Torrance, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Torrance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Torrance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Torrance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Torrance paves the way for another one to be saved.
