STEVIE's Story...
Hi! I'm Stevie! Am I cute or what! I was homeless and wandering the Arizona desert for who knows how long, can you believe? Hard to imagine I survived out there, but someone found me; and now here I am, all fat and sassy and ready for my new life to begin. I'm so excited I can't stop wiggling. I'm neutered and vaccinated, and mostly healthy. The doctor says I have a mild neurologic problem in my brain that makes me walk a little funny, kind of like I'm marching, but it doesn't slow me down so much. And, even tho I'm not perfect, I'm still precious. I'm very very loving, and will cuddle with you 24/7 if you want. My heart is just to be near you. Will you please come meet me and see if I'm the little dog of your dreams? I want so much to belong to someone. I'm great with kitties and other dogs, but probably best with no kids, tho, just because of my neurologic thingy. I like kids well enough, but it's too easy for them to knock me down. Why Adoption is a Great Option

STEVIE, a Phoenix Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
