Joel's Story...
Joel is an 18 month old minpin who has had a rough start in life. Joel has been given up twice so he would like to adopt a human that is committed to helping him learn all those obedience things and how to behave like the good little boy he really is. Once he learns to trust you he is one of those lively, spirited, loving minpins who has learned that entertaining his humans and being under their blankey is a really good thing! His goal is to entertain and please his humans. He will go straight for the door when I get home. He is quiet and plays nicely with the other dogs but is easily intimidated if there is a bully around!
Joel is about 11 inches tall and 11 pounds, neutered, will be up to date on his shots including bordatella and heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative medication. He is micro chipped.
Please contact us if you would like to apply for the lifetime position of Joel’s forever family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Joel, a Phoenix Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
