My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rusty is a very loving and friendly little dog who likes to be with you whether it be in the yard or on the couch curled up beside you. He is approximately 5 - 7 years old and small enough to fit any household. He is good with people of all ages and enjoys playing with other dogs.


Rusty is a little social butterfly who loves making new friends and getting lots of attention. He is house and crate trained, walks well on leash and knows his basic commands. He would be a wonderful companion for a family or a single person as long as he got lots of loving.


Rusty is quiet in the home and loves to be wherever his people are. He is well behaved and quite the little charmer when it comes to meeting new people. He has been visiting a retirement home and bringing lots of joy to the residents there. He is a very cuddly boy that enjoys being included in your daily activities. He travels well in the car and enjoys going on outings around town.


He would be a great little dog for someone that enjoyed getting out for a leisurely walk once a day and really doesn't need a yard but would enjoy it if there is one. He would be great as a second dog in the home but of course would enjoy all the attention for himself as well with doggies playdates.


Rusty says he wouldn't take much to feed and he would be eager to please you and would never cause a fuss in the home if you would just promise to love him.
