Walter's Story...
Does Walter have the sweetest face or what?! This friendly boy is about 3 years old and weighs 70 pounds. Walter is currently living in a foster home waiting for his adoptive family to come along! He is a happy dog who is always smiling and wagging his tail. He gets along with people of all ages and even would do well with kids. Walter has lived with other dogs and even cats before, but we think he'd be happiest in a home without other animals so that he can get all the love for himself. He likes to go for walks, play in the yard, and is even trained to walk on the tread mill on rainy days! Walter is totally house broken, crate trained, and he does know basic commands. He would make a great new addition to any family, so please contact us today to meet him!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Walter, a Medford American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Medford, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
