Simba's Story...
Simba is a male orange tabby with short hair. His mom is a calico tabby and we think dad was a chocolate point siamese (but you know how those things go). Mom was a bit of a rounder, though, she has changed her ways now with having children. Simba is the largest of his siblings, but he is also the most timid. He does love having his tummy rubbed. If you adopt Simba - it would be nice if you adopted one of his siblings so he would have someone to play with. Unless... you already have a partner at home waiting for him. He wouldn't mind being an only child either. He will be current on shots, wormed and come with a neuter certificate from United Paws.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simba, a Tillamook Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tillamook, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tillamook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tillamook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tillamook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tillamook paves the way for another one to be saved.
