Austin's Story...
Austin is a gorgeous Eskie who we met on our latest trip to Chicago's Animal Care and Control. He was an owner give-up and had been waiting patiently for someone to save him for a few weeks. As soon as we met him, we knew he was coming with us!

Austin has a great personality and is a perfect size for city-living, weighing about 25 pounds. He is about 7 years old; he has lots of energy for playing and walks, but he also likes to mellow out and relax. We will update his profile as we learn more about Austin, but you can also check out NLOL's
facebook page
for more pictures or contact us today to meet or adopt Austin!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Austin, a Chicago American Eskimo Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Eskimo Dog for sale in Chicago, or seeking a American Eskimo Dog dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Eskimo Dog breeders who help with American Eskimo Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
