Ty's Story...
Ty is a very affectionate, calm, quiet, playful, and loving, 18-month-old, 60-pound, male Boxer/Mastiff-mix looking for a loving guardian. Ty sits automatically when he sees you have a treat for him. He also knows shake. He is full of tail wags, smiles and kisses. He loves toys, balls and people of all ages including children - best with kids over four years of age due to his size. He leans against you and snuggles. Ty rides well in the car, is housebroken and crate-trained. Ty’s first love is people, he’s fine with other dogs, cautious around them, but not aggressive. He is also fine in a home with cats. Ty is healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, de-wormed, tested negative for heartworm and micro-chipped. Ty’s adoption fee of $175 benefits the rescued dogs of We Luv Paws. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ty, a Chicago Boxer/Mastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Mastiff for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Boxer/Mastiff dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Mastiff breeders who help with Boxer/Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
