Solomon's Story...
Solomon is an adorable, snugly, sweet and innocent nine-week-old, nine-pound, male, shepherd/hound/boxer-mix puppy looking for a loving guardian. Solomon is charming and looking for a home where someone has the time and energy to train, exercise and housebreak a puppy. He is playful, full of kisses, and is working on his paper-training and getting a start on his crate-training and housebreaking. Solomon is small now, but will probably be 60 pounds at adulthood, and he’s growing by leaps and bounds each day. To meet and possibly adopt this puppy, please contact his foster mom Samantha at palsplace1@hotmail.com or 773-615-9864. His adoption fee of $350 benefits the rescued dogs of Pal’s Place. He is healthy, neutered, de-wormed, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines, and micro-chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Solomon, a Chicago Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
