Sapphire's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sapphire's Story...
Sapphire was dropped off at the Riverside Animal Shelter along with her mom and siblings. This family was filthy and covered in stick fleas when we got them. Now cleaned up and in a loving foster home, Sapphire is learning what life is like being an indoor dog. Sapphire has a very easy going personality, and she is smart as a whip! Sapphire and her siblilngs appear to be an Astrailian Cattle Dog mix and we are guessing she will mature in the 25 lb range when full grown. She is currently about 8 weeks old and weighs about 6 lbs.

If you are interested in meeting Sapphire, please see our website for an adoption application at www.lovebugsrescue.org

Our adoption fee for pups is $300 and includes their spay, microchip with lifetime registration, vaccines to date, treatment for worms and best of all, lots of puppy kisses!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sapphire, a Irvine Australian Cattle Dog/Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Australian Shepherd for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
