My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name's Precious, or "Preshi" for short! I'm a healthy three-year old pittie mix (mixed with what is anybody's guess, but my foster parents think I might be part hound, because I like to greet them with an "a-roo-roo-roo" when they get home from work)! I get tons of compliments on my glossy fawn coat, my sparkling blue-grey eyes, and my athletic build when we're out walking in the neighborhood. My foster parents say I'm super-smart - I've already learned "sit," "stay," "down," "up," "off," and "come," and I walk nicely on a leash when it's attached to my front-clip harness.

My favorite things in the world are eating, running and checking out all the smells in the woods when my foster parents take me hiking, and snuggling with my foster family on the couch when they take naps or watch TV. I've learned how to be quiet in the house during the day and how to use the bathroom outside. I'm very loyal and protective and like to trot around after my foster parents (even barging into the bathroom!), just to keep an eye on them.I have so much love to give, and I am so ready to settle in to my forever home!!!
