My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jeeves and his 3 siblings were saved from our local kill shelter. They were brought in as strays so nothing is known of their background.

We believe them to be "dorkie pups" which is a cross between yorkie and dachshund. Wire-haired doxie might also be in there. You can see Jeeves looks as if he's had a bad hair day! He has the longest hair of the 3 pups. He is very laid back and loves to be cuddled and petted by a human. He weighs 12 pounds now at age 5 mo. and we believe he will top out around 25 pounds. Of course, since we don't know his background, this is only a guess on our part.

Jeeves is in foster care in E. TN and will be transported north to his forever home. The transport company (Alpha Dog Transport) charges $125 when your pup is claimed. Their vet records are also handed off at that time.

Jeeves is UTD on shots - puppy shots (parvo/distemper), rabies shot, and is neutered.


In order to complete the series of shots required for transport, these pups will not be available for adoption until Nov. 11.
