Winnie and his housemates were left behind in a shelter when their owner’s moved away without them. In the shelter Winnie was very nervous and didn’t show well so he was quickly slated to be euthanized to make space for more adoptable pets.
Winnie is ready to charm anyone, even the big dogs that want nothing to do with him. He is good with other dogs and has lived with other dogs, he is fine with cats and respectful children. He is house trained and crate trained. Winnie is happy sleeping in his crate or given free roam of his home when alone. He likes a good daily walk and should get out every day for a little fresh air and socializing. He just likes to be with his people. He’d also be a great little buddy for another calmer dog big or small. Winnie likes to be picked up, cuddled and hugged. He’d be perfect for a couple or person looking for a friendly, more laid back but up beat little pal. He is nicely mannered, quiet and clean in the home. He isn’t yappy but will bark to let you know when someone is at the door or on the property. Winnie is suitable for house with fenced yard or apartment living.
