Kelly's Story...
Please contact ARNO (adoptfromarno@yahoo.com) for more information about this pet.

Kelly is a beautiful white pit bull with little spots like a dalmation on her ears. She is a high energy girl who loves her walks. She was rescued from a family who was given a dog house for her to protect her fair skin from the beating sun, but decided to throw the doghouse into a lot next door and leave her in the heat unsheltered.ARNO had tried to help the family with the doghouse but they finally decided to surrender her to ARNO and now Kelly is looking for a new life. She would like to be a couch potato and car buddy! A nice walk would be great from time to time too! She definitely would do great running and playing and having a good old time.
For more info contact adoptfromarno@yahoo.com or come by ATNO 271 Plauche Street to meet this girl. The adoption fee is $200 and includes spay, shots, a chip and heartworm treatment if needed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kelly, a New Orleans Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in New Orleans, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in New Orleans.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Orleans already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Orleans breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Orleans paves the way for another one to be saved.
