Walker's Story...
Hello people:

My name is Walker and I am this neutered boy of about 2 and a half years old. I am a sweet guy however BSPCA thinks I was abused because I am scared specially of men but as a good dog, I know I can forgive, forget and learn to trust and love again if you give me your tender loving care and a little time and I know I can show you how sweet, loving and friendly I can be.

I would love to become a member of a nice family and give and receive love.

I already got neutered and also got my vaccinations however I was found to be Heartworm positive but BSPCA already took care of the treatment so I can go to a loving home and have a happy and healthy life.

Don´t you think I am adorable and deserve to have a loving home??

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Walker, a Brownsville Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Brownsville, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Brownsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brownsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brownsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brownsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
