HARLEY's Story...
Harley is a 2 year old female yellow lab. She and her sister are owner surrenders. They are absolutely beautiful. The owner could no longer afford the upkeep. Both will be spayed this week and all shots up to date. They get along great with other dogs, like to play, and give kisses. Harley has the standard black coloring on her nose and around her eyes. Marla has a pink nose. They are small and compact weighing only around 45 pounds. Harley is fostered in Zephyrhills with Mary. Marla is fostered in Palm Harbor with Danielle. If you are interested, please send an email to flretrieverrescue@yahoo.com with the dog’s name in the subject line. The $200 covers my first 2 shots, Dewormer and neuter fees. You can also check out all of the other foster dogs and puppies that the FARR (Florida All Retriever and Friends Rescue) have currently fostered around the Tampa Bay area by visiting Adopt-A-Pet http://www.adoptapet.com/adoption_rescue/75598.html or Pet Finder http://www.petfinder.com/pet-search?shelter_id=FL466 or Facebook: FARR Florida All Retriever Rescue. Why Adoption is a Great Option

HARLEY, a Largo Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Largo, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Largo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Largo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Largo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Largo paves the way for another one to be saved.
