Jubilee's Story...
Jubilee was saved from a local animal shelter after she was picked up as a stray and no one came to reclaim her. She's a wonderful girl with a great personality! Jubilee made it to the shelters adoption program but came back heartworm positive. Poor Jubilee sat in the shelter for nearly 5 months before Rescued Friends came to her rescue! She gets along great with other dogs and loves to play. Jubilee is approximately 4 years. Poor Jubilee was severely matted so she had to be completely shaved. She looks cute like a lion! : ) Jubilee did come back heartworm positive but she started treatment on 10/21! Jubilee is currently on heartworm prevention with us and after 6 months needs to be rechecked for heartworms. Any potential adopters would be responsible for continuing heartworm prevention and getting Jubilee rechecked for heartworms at their own expense. Included in Jubilee's adoption fee is; spay, all vaccines, kept on heartworm and flea/tick prevention, heartworm treatment, and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jubilee, a Arlington Chow Chow/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chow Chow/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Chow Chow/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chow Chow/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Chow Chow/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
