Hank's Story...
My name is Hank!! and I am told Iooks like a golden retriever/ colie mix at least thats what everyone says because of my lovely longer nose. But what ever I am a have a lush gloden coat and I am jiust a cuddler and very friendly and only weighing 42 pounds and I am about three years old

I love rope toys and literally plays catch with them on my own-throws them up and down to myself.
My foster mom calls me a love bug and says all i want ot do insdie is cuddle and lay my head on her but I have plenty of energy outside. Get very excited to play with all dogs and just want to lick their noses

My foster mom says I don't bark and i am a good boy in home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hank, a Long Beach Golden Retriever/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Collie for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Collie dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Collie breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
