Lucky's Story...
Hi! I am Lucky. Yeh another Lucky bit what can you do. That is my story.

Mom works at the federal pen way down South of Phoenix. You all remember the big dust storm? Well it must have blown me out of my home and dropped me at the prison. Mom found me after the big blow near the prison.

I am now at her home and doing great with the other dogs and cats. I am even ok with the horses. As you can see I am quite a happy boy and just the perfect size for a car ride. Yeh and once in a while I will be your lap dog.

I am a courtesy post with Valley Dogs Rescue. Please contact foster parents for info: keringordon@hotmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucky, a Gilbert German Shepherd Dog/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
