Parcheesi's Story...
Parcheesi is one of those cats that everytime you got to pick him up he is already purring. Parcheesi came into our rescue with a respiratory infection which we helped him overcome. Since the infection he has a very soft and almost broken sounding meow. Parcheesi loves attention and loves even more to receive it. He will curl up and sleep with you and sit next to you while watching TV. He is your ideal companion. He just wants someone to love him as much as he loves people. You are also able to come see him every Saturday and Sunday at our adoption event off of Brookhurst and Hamilton in Huntington Beach. He is a real sweet heart so if interested get a hold of me asap. He may be gone before ya know it! Starting 10/31/11 Parcheesi must be fixed before going to his new home. You can still reserve him. He is scheduled to be fixed this wednesday 11/2/11 so if interested let me know asap. once he is fixed they get adopted pretty quickly!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Parcheesi, a Garden Grove Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Garden Grove, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Garden Grove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Garden Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Garden Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Garden Grove paves the way for another one to be saved.
