Elinor's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Elinor's Story...
Elinor is the sweetest and funniest little pup – she looks like she has corgi ears on a sort-of-corgi body, but she has pointer spots on her ears and two little black ovals around her eyes and a white blaze down her nose – well, if she isn’t cute, nothing is!

Elinor is about 6 – 8 months old, and she is a small, sturdy little girl who will grow to be about 25-some pounds.

She loves my other foster dogs – big and small – and she plays great with them. She doesn’t bark much (thank goodness!) and she is house trained and very, very sweet. She will follow you around as if you are the best thing ever!

I think Elinor could be a perfect companion for just about anyone, but I know she’d be great as a family pet – she loves kids and they will love playing with her!

Elinor is spayed and up to date on all of her shots – she is happy and healthy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elinor, a Poway Corgi/Pointer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Pointer for sale in Poway, or seeking a Corgi/Pointer puppy from a breeder in Poway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Poway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Poway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Pointer breeders who help with Corgi/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Poway paves the way for another one to be saved.
