Bruiser's Story...
Desperate help is need for Bruiser.

Please help us find a permanent or foster home for Bruiser. Bruiser is a 1yr old Amer. Staff/Boxer Mix. Male, neutered, housebroken. He is good with other dogs, kids, ?cats. Bruiser has the greatest personality ever. His owner rents and is not allowed to keep him. The Landlord will not budge, even though some people are allowed to have animals. The owner rescued him from another owner who was going to take him to the SPCA. Now his life is in jeopardy again. This poor boy needs a break. PLEASE please help us save him, he is so sweet. Even if you can foster that would be a start.

Please if anyone is interested in him, contact Cyndi Lindenmuth at 570-356-2387 or clindenmuth@geisinger.edu. or Tammy Duch at 570-356-7673 or allmykidshavefur@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruiser, a Bloomsburg Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Bloomsburg, or seeking a Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in Bloomsburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bloomsburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bloomsburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bloomsburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
