My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Update 10/25/2011: Neutered male 6 pounds 12 oz and 2 yrs old. Peyton is recovering from Demodectic mange. His owner did not what to deal with it. He has had 3 dips now and his hair is growing back nicely. Today he went back to see Dr Alexander for a skin scraping and the scraping came back good. Found 1 mite and it was dead. The Dr's want Peyton to have 1 more dip to make sure we have gotton all them nasty mites. Peyton is turning out to be quite the little man. He grew a cord from his bellybutton to my hip...where i go he also goes lol...he is a joy to have at my home, going to be hard to let him go...but i know it has to be..if anyone is interested ...he gets along good with small dogs...bigger kids...and likes car rides...and walks..he has a yellow stuffed lion he carries around all the time...he's just to cute...more up dates in a few weeks

Update 10/04/11: Peyton is a 2-year old, 6 pound little boy recovering from mange. He is doing much better and his hair is growing back. He has a little fuzz growing on his chest and the hair on his feet are almost back. He has an appointment for a skin scraping...cross your finger the mites are gone! Peyton is a sweet little boy. He likes other small dogs and loves sleeping in bed with people. His favorite game is tug of war. Peyton does not like yelling. He gets very shy and upset, then drops his head and puts his ears back. It seems that someone had done a lot of yelling in his previous home and he gets very scared. This could be the reason he got mange, which can develop with a lot of stress....more updates to come to soon.

Initial Bio 09/13/11: Peyton is a 2 yr old, 6 lb bundle of sweetness. Right now Peyton has a skin condition that needs attention. When we get the skin condition under control Peyton would love to find a forever home. Right now he needs his FM.,He is housetrained and gets along well with other dogs, so far. He sleeps with me in bed ( don't even know he is there ). Watch for more updates soon.
