Pringle's Story...
My name is Pringle and I am a 1 year old male pug. I am neutered and up to day on my vaccines and ready to find my new forever home. My owner surrendered me to Pug Rescue because she didn’t have enough time to properly care for and train me so I was having accidents in the house. Here at my foster home I am learning that I should go outside to go potty but I still have an accident every so often. I love the other pugs here and I really love the kids that my foster mom has. I have a lot of energy and love to play with the other dogs, kids and my foster mom.

One of my favorite things to do is to crawl up into my foster mom’s lap and go to sleep when the kids have gone to bed and the house gets quiet. I think the best kind of home for me would be one with another dog that would appreciate my youthful energy. My foster mom says that I am the sweetest little pug and loves getting pug kisses from me.

Complete an adoption application here. If you love me but can’t adopt me, please send a donation to help pay medical bills for not just me but my fellow foster brothers and sisters. They sure could use it!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pringle, a Windermere Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Windermere, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Windermere.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Windermere already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Windermere breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Windermere paves the way for another one to be saved.
