Princess Leia's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Princess Leia's Story...
Princess Leia is a frisky lass of 5 years old…all charm and vigor. She weighs in at 17 lbs, is, thanks to PROoF, spayed, UTD on her shots, heartworm negative and on her way to being housebroken. Princess came to PROoF fresh from a nursery full of puppies….not a breeder, just an irresponsible owner who let her cohabit with her very own brother.

Princess has her own unique personality that will charm any prospective Pug-adoptor….she can get in to mischief that only she can conceive of. She is always contrite and gives loads of Pug-kisses while asking for your forgiveness. She gets along well with the other Pugs on the Pug-farm. She craves attention and love. Not meant to be an only dog…she needs companionship of another pet. Please put Princess Leia on your list of “Must See” pugs when you are looking to adopt one of PROof’s Pugs…..invite her in to your heart and home…you won’t be sorry.

Princess’s adoption fee is $250 and she is living in Tampa. Complete an adoption application here. If you love me but can’t adopt me, please send a donation to help pay medical bills for not just me but my fellow foster brothers and sisters. They sure could use it!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess Leia, a Windermere Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Windermere, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Windermere.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Windermere already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Windermere breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Windermere paves the way for another one to be saved.
