Oreo is a 5 year old, Shih Tzu. He is a special needs dog as he is blind in both eyes. He is very smart, and will learn your house quickly. He also loves to lay in your lap and makes a great companion. He is housebroken, and enjoys laying outside to hear the birds and soak up the sun. He is good with other dogs and older, mature children. He would do well in a quiet or semi-active home.
