Tang's Info...

Tang's Story...
“Tang” is a 6 yr old neutered male Chihuahua. He is tri-color and weighs about 8 lbs. He came to us from a kind veterinarian that amputated his front leg when a family brought him in after being dropped by a child. Tang gets around extremely well for having 3 legs!! His name should be “lion heart” since he is such a strong willed boy… he is extremely loyal to his people… we would like to see him go into a home that is quiet and without children around. He is good with the cats and dogs in his foster home. Tang LOVES to sleep close, snuggling as close as he can get. He also likes to ride in the car, take short walks and wade in his small pool.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tang, a Scottsdale Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
