Lucy's Story...
Linus and Lucy---12 weeks old---We cannot tell them apart---are absolute love muffins. They love everybody and everything. These are the type of kittens you just pick up and hold and love on and they are happy. When you take them to the vets and they are just so happy to be held and messed with - you know they are great cats. Not scared of anything - they play and carry on and they are just a joy to foster. They would be lost without each other. Absolutely lost. They have been felv/fiv tested negative, spayed/neutered, current on shots. So, if you are interested in these babies, please call 812-786-5800 or email purrfectfriendsforadoption@gmail.com If we do not respond to the email we did not receive it!! They seem to float around in cyberspace.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucy, a Clarksville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Clarksville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Clarksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clarksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clarksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clarksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
