My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Jenda has had a hard life in such a short time. We saved her from a kill shelter and she had been passed over several times because of her condition. She was so badly matted we had to shave her body. Luckily, we were able to save some of her facial hair.

The clinic where she was vetted states she is 3 yrs. old. We have had other opinions that say she's just over a year old. She probably feels like a puppy again with all that stinkyness off of her! She's in good health inspite of where she came from.

We prefer to put Jenda in a home with older children. She is afraid of loud noises, etc. and a quiet home would be best for her. She would spend the day in your lap, if you let her! 'She is in a home with many foster dogs and tolerates them, but doesn't care much about playing with other dogs. She prefers to be "with her human". She isn't mean to other dogs - just has no interest. If you are looking for a playmate for your pooch...Jenda isn't your girl! If you are looking for a companion dog that would love you forever - She's just waiting here for you!

She is spayed, UTD on shots, spayed, HW negative and microchipped. Jenda is just waiting for her forever home.

She is in E. TN in foster care and will be transported to the New England area via Alpha Dogs Transport. The transport company charges $125 when your pup is claimed. Their vet records are also handed off at that time. There is an adoption fee also to cover the cost of vetting.
