Mozzie's Info...

I am good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Mozzie's Story...
Am I to die for or what! Check out this smile, this black little nose, these beautiful brown eyes! I am one happy dog and I am ready to go home with you! I love, love love, to play with other dogs and I did well meeting the cat- I wanted to play with him too. I am about as friendly a girl as they come but just a little submissive, with good reason. I was shot by a pellet gun and now that I am all healed I get a little nervous sometimes, I like to crawl right into your lap and give kisses. I would love to find a family with kids, maybe even another dog, where I can get tons of love, training and plenty of playtime. 6 months old-35lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes; current shots, reduced cost spay and $25 spay rebate, microchip, 5 week Training Class, 1 month pet health insurance, Free vet exam (SE Portland/Milwaukie area) leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mozzie, a Portland Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Portland, or seeking a Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
