Glock's Story...
Available Soon!!

Glock is an extra large dog weighing in at about 85 pounds at a year of age. This black and tan boy was owner surrendered to a Valley shelter after being left as a back yard dog. His owners literally paid so little attention to him that he did not even know his name and they said he thought he was neutered and he wasn't.
This big boy is great with other dogs and loves people, but is much like a "bull in a china shop".
Glock will be going into a foster home as we roll into November and more will be written about him very soon.

Glock is a level 3 dog in the Fresno Area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Glock, a Fresno German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Fresno, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Fresno.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fresno already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fresno breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fresno paves the way for another one to be saved.
