My story

My name is"Yogi" because I'm just a goofy, sweet boy who loves to give bear hugs.
I am a little over a year old and a bit underweight ...could probably use to put on about 10 pounds, but am otherwise healthy. My coat may have been shaved recently, because I have longer fur around my neck and right at the base of my tail (if you look closely at the pictures, you can see it), but the rest of the fur on my torso is strangely shorter. I'm thinking that I may develop a lovely long coat with time and good nutrition. I am super friendly and outgoing -my tail is always wagging! I get along well with other dogs - tried to initiate play with dogs at the vet. I would definitely benefit from some training and structure. My new family will need to be dedicated to teaching my how to be a proper dog. I am SO grateful to be saved, and will make someone an outstanding pet, with some time, patience and guidance. Our adoption fee includes all vetting, microchip, health certificate and USDA certified transport to your area.
