My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stevie was born in February 2010 and will be a BIG girl! She's growing like a weed right now, very tall and looks like she will be shaped more like an Anatolian. Her coat is medium length, a bit longer than an Anatolian's but shorter than a Pyrenees'.
She is still a puppy- happy, wiggly and a social butterfly. She is ready to meet her forever family and walks right up to introduce herself to everyone.
She came to us at 6 months and was very un-socialized. She had been purchased by her previous family to be a livestock guardian, but she preferred to play with (and killed) some of the their chickens instead. They were going to euthanize her if we didn't take her right away!
She's left the farm life behind her and is ready to be a loved family member. She is cratetrained and working on housetraining. She already learned sit and is working on some other commands.
Stevie is great with other dogs and, like any puppy, loves to play. She is young enough to learn to live with cats but given her large size, strength, and history with the chickens, small pets are not recommended.
Stevie is looking for a family who appreciates a big dog, especially one with kids or dogs to play with and can give her the training she needs to be well mannered at home and in public.

Stevie is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, de-wormed, fecal checked negative, heartworm tested negative, kept on monthly heartworm prevention and given seasonal flea/tick prevention.
Her adoption fee is 200.
Securely fenced yard required, no exceptions.
