My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Born on 2 August 2011, Gopa is one of six bunnies born to Ellie who was surrendered to New Moon only 2 days later. Gopa, his 3 brothers and 2 sisters are all beautiful orange and white Lionheads.

Gopa was named after one of the lions in the Born Free books and movie. He is a happy and busy little boy and will be ready for his adoption after he is neutered on 10 November. He is not litter trained yet but is showing signs that he is starting to understand the idea. Gopa is a wonderful little boy who loves to play and investigate everything.

We are currently waiting for an update from his foster family and will have more info (and new pictures) of Gopa soon.

These six are in general, fairly nervous and are not best suited to loud, busy homes at this time. Their mother came to New Moon as a stray and was quite untrusting of humans after her ordeal. She did start to teach them to be nervous in their first weeks but we have all confidence that this behavior will disappear quite quickly as soon as they have permanent and loving homes to call their own. Even now as they grow and with each passing day they become less nervous. Gopa is and has always been one of the least nervous in the litter.
