Armani's Story...
Amanda's pups are named in reference to Amanda, who was their foster mommy for a short time. She pulled them for a high kill shelter the day they were to die. Amanda moved Heaven and Earth to save these precious puppies and cared for them for a few weeks until they could come to us and get adopted. There are 3 boys (Arthur, Alex, Armani) and 3 girls (Alice, Alysa, and Amanda). These puppies are believe to be a mix of lab/beagle and are just darling. All are very well socialized and love to be loved on by thier foster mommy. They give good puppy kisses and tail wags when they are happy (which is all the time) and sleep, eat and play when duty calls. These puppies are about 8 wks old and will be ready for their new home on November19th. They have all been appropriately vetted for puppies their age and will make any family very proud to have one become a forever member. Please complete an online application and request them on the notes section if you are interested.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Armani, a Salem Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Salem, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
