Dunn's Story...
This sweet puppy is 7 weeks old and looking for a forever home!!!!!We do not have a facility of which the dog/puppies are kept. They are in foster care until they are adopted. .We must have an approved adoption application prior to you and your family meeting any dog/puppy. The adoption donation is tax deductible at the end of the year so when you adopt you will receive a donation receipt . Please email the rescue for an adoption application and get the process started. Thank you for considering a homeless puppy/dog!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dunn, a Litchfield Leonberger/Great Pyrenees puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Leonberger/Great Pyrenees for sale in Litchfield, or seeking a Leonberger/Great Pyrenees puppy from a breeder in Litchfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Litchfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Litchfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Leonberger/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Leonberger/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Litchfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
