PHOEBE HAS BEEN ADOPTED!Adorable little Phoebe is a cute, loving, friendly and very social 4 month old female Boston Terrier/Basset Hound mix puppy in need of a loving family. Phoebe was rescued from a pound in southern IL with her six siblings when they were only 3 weeks old. They were taken into a foster home and bottle fed and nursed back to health. They were turned in by a family who owned both parents, but did not want puppies in the home. Phoebe's mother was a purebred Basset and her father a purebred Boston. She was one of two runts in the litter and is significantly smaller than her littermates, so she will be a smaller dog. She was born on 9/17/11 and is nearly 4 months old now and is about 10 pounds. Phoebe is full of personality and is a very well adjusted and happy dog. She'll do great with almost any family with the time and energy to raise a young puppy. She is still available, along with her brother Winky, we would love to keep them together, but will separate them if they will be going into a home with at least one other dog. We cannot hold animals for any reason, please do not contact us until you are ready to welcome an animal into your family. All animals are in foster homes and can be viewed, BY APPOINTMENT, once an approved application has been received.
