My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tia is a darling little girl. She draws a lot of attention with her silky cream coloured coat. She is still very much a puppy at just under a year old and would be a wonderful family pet and would fit into just about any family situation. She is affectionate, playful and just an all around lovely girl. She currently weighs 32 lbs.

Tia is personality+. She is a happy and friendly girl that gets along well with other dogs, cats and people of all ages. She is a confident pup whose tail is always wagging. It is even debatable whether her tail stops wagging when she sleeps :)

Tia is currently being fostered in a home with other dogs of all sizes and cats without any issue. She is crated at night and when her foster family is away from the home with no issues. She should continue to be crated when you are out of the house until she can be fully trusted in the home.

Tia would love to have a backyard to run around in. She would be great as a second dog with another respectful canine and would be fine with cats or respectful children that would like a playful companion. Tia is good in the car and is friendly enough with strangers to take her anywhere. She makes friends quickly at the dog park and is a favourite with other dogs and people because of her outgoing, friendly personality.

Tia knows her basic commands such as sit, come, stay and drop it. She is not over the chewing stage and is still a puppy in many ways. She knows which toys she is to play with and enjoys her stuffie. She would be an excellent choice for further obedience training which would hone her skills and give her an opportunity to bond with her new family. She is a really beautiful mid-sized dog that loves everyone and who is curious, intelligent and eager to please.

If you think Tia would be a great addition to your family, please visit our website at http://uglymutts.com and submit an application for consideration.
