LUCKY's Story...
Hi My name is Lucky! The rescue named me Lucky because I was abused and left abandoned at an apartment complex. I may be a cattle dog mixed with a corgi...maybe some shepherd too. I am a medium sized dog, nice for apartment living ( go figure). I am a very nice girl and do well with other dogs. My foster mom thinks that I am awesome! I do not seem to be emotionally or physically affected by my bad experience. She would be glad to tell you all about me if you are interested in knowing more. I am about 3 years old and would love to find my FORever home and never have to worry about being hurt or mistreated again. If you can give me a great new life, please apply to adopt me. Our adoption fee includes all vetting, microchip, health certificate and USDA certified transport to your area. We are a non profit organization and adoptions are considered charitable contributions on your income taxes. If you are interested in this little girl, please request an application at forrescuetn@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LUCKY, a PORTLAND Welsh Corgi/Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Welsh Corgi/Cattle Dog for sale in PORTLAND, or seeking a Welsh Corgi/Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in PORTLAND.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in PORTLAND already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a PORTLAND breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Welsh Corgi/Cattle Dog breeders who help with Welsh Corgi/Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in PORTLAND paves the way for another one to be saved.
