Meet Doogie, a playful young dog who is approximately 2-3yr. old. He is a mix of Papillon and Chihuahua. A small dog in a large dog body is what Doggie thinks he is. He LOVES to wrestle and play with all his canine buddies in his foster home who are ALL a lot larger than he is. Doggie weights approximately 18lbs. and is such a love-bug. He does wonderful with young kids and people of all ages. He would be ideal for anyone living in a home or apartment with another pet though he would do fine being an only dog as long as he was always on the 'go' with you. Doogie LOVES car rides and is an exceptional dog in the car and in all public places. He walks WONDERFUL on a leash and is just so easy to take anywhere. Doogie is very loving and bonds easily given appropriate time. Doogie was rescued just in the knick of time from a very high kill shelter. Not sure how this handsome, sweet young pup ended up without anyone coming to get him, but we are glad we were there to help him get out of the kill sheter and help Doogie find a home where he will be taken care of and loved as he so deserves! He is potty trained and knows how to use a doggie door. Doogie is current on all his vaccinations, neutered and microchipped.
