Daniel's Story...
My name is Daniel! I am so adorable and I absolutely love to cuddle. I have been at the shelter since February 3, 2007. I came in with this collar, but no one has called looking for me yet. I love to take walks and I'm well behaved too (no pulling). I didn't even mind this cat coming up to me when I had my picture taken (all I wanted to do was smell her!). Oh and I like other dogs too! Please save me- I would make such a wonderful pet! I get so sad when the lady that walks me takes me back to my kennel (I try so hard to brace myself and then I try to jump in her lap- I know it's pitiful, but I love to be around people!). Call Joan as soon as you can PLEASE! You may be my only chance! 870-739-1145

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daniel, a Marion Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Marion, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Marion.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marion already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marion breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marion paves the way for another one to be saved.
