Faith's Story...
Faith is a 3 year old female, spayed and up to date on her vaccines. Her fur is thick and soft. This breed has no undercoat so their fur maintains itself, little brushing is needed. She is a snuggle bunny full of affection and love. Turkish Vans are very monogamistic and they like to have a favorite person They are the only breed that can swim. Faith loved it when she had her first bath as a kitten. She is shy and not too fond of being seen at the store, so she is in a foster home. Interested applicants can make an appointment to meet Faith.

Faith may have Stomatitis (inflammation of the oral mucous membranes). She requires care of her mouth and antibiotics once a month for a week.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Faith, a Medford Turkish Van cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Turkish Van for sale in Medford, or seeking a Turkish Van cat from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Turkish Van breeders who help with Turkish Van rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
