Tigger is the best kitty ever! 'Mr. Personality' is the most outgoing, lovable, playful guy! He is a super social and in-your-face kind of kitty. He loves everybody and everything and will make you his friend. He has a truly gorgeous mackerel tabby coat. Tigger likes to jump on your shoulder and go for a ride. He's a very active cat and will need a playful buddy in his new home. He'll be a superb family pet and wants all of your attention and love, please. He will be fine with calm kids over age 6 and cat-friendly dogs. We estimate he was born July 1, 2011. Bio# 3165 DJ

About Our Rescue Group...
ICRA is an all volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the suffering of the abandoned cat population of Alameda and Oakland, and to educate people to their plight. We provide foster homes for our rescues until we can place them into loving homes through our adoption program. On a limited basis, we humanely trap feral cats in order to spay/neuter them before releasing them back to their colonies. Our goal is to expand our program for maintaining cat colonies in our communities. To make this expansion possible, we need more volunteers.

Our Adoption Process...
Potential adopters pick out a cat or kitten and fill out an application.
There will be a short interview with one of our volunteers. Adoptions do not happen the same day. We will arrange a time to visit your home and the foster parents and a volunteer will meet there. Our adoption fee structure is:

- Cats and kittens (six months to 8 years): $100
- Cats (over 8 years): $75
- Two cats: Full amount for the higher amount cat, half amount for the lower amount cat
For example: a kitten and an adult would be: $100 + $50 = $150
Prior to Adoption all cats and kittens are:
- Spayed or neutered
- FeLV and FIV tested
- FVRCP vaccinated
- De-wormed, and
- Treated for fleas with Advantage or Frontline
