CHANNEL's Story...
Hi, my name is Channel. I am a 3 yr old Poodle x girl. 14 lbs.

My foster mom thinks I am super cute because it looks like my long black eyelashes are fake! I hear her saying "oh I wish I had those eye lashes" She also adores me and calls me "good girl all day long" I am a good girl and I want to please my foster mom and keep her happy at all times.

I don't fight with my foster friends, I don't chase the foster cats, I don't bark. I follow my foster mom without a leash and stay by her side at all times. I am super obedient and housebroken. My foster mom thinks I can fit almost anywhere, but I do enjoy being indoors most of the time. I am a great companion for someone that is home a lot, I also like children, but my favorite time is being a lap doggie and cuddle with my family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CHANNEL, a Long Beach Miniature Poodle/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Poodle/Shih Tzu for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Miniature Poodle/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Poodle/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Miniature Poodle/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
